Business can be stressful and demanding, and I understand that firsthand. I ran my own bricks-and-mortar business in the wedding and events industry, facing the same challenges you might be experiencing now. I have learnt along the way that you can’t do it alone and there are many other ways of doing things. We don’t know what we don’t know and until we take a different approach things will stay the same. During my journey I knew things had to change, the trajectory I was headed on wasn’t in the right direction, so I found my own coach and made steps to uplevel, learnt an easier way and started enjoying my business again.
I am on a mission to transform the culture of business ownership and societal expectations from one of stress and overwhelm to one of balance and ease. By coaching business owners, I demonstrate that there is a different, more effective way of doing things, allowing them to uplevel and work at their limitless potential, just like I did.

With over 28 years of business experience, I am also a qualified life coach and personal trainer. I understand what it takes to be successful in all areas of life, as evidenced by my gold medal win at the Australian Masters Games, all while raising two children and running a retail and hire business.
In addition to my business experience, I have been the Chair of the Port Lincoln Chamber of Commerce and am currently serving as the Events Coordinator on the committee. I am also an active volunteer with Variety SA and other organizations. My passions include being active, especially on or near the water, being creative and spending quality time with family and friends.
Through my own journey of transformation and growth, I have discovered new ways to live my life and run my business. As your coach, I will guide and support you through your own transformational journey to achieve the business and life you desire.
